Andres I Plaza is the CEO of OneconnectionIT LLC, where he provides IT Managed Services to clients throughout the United States.

Andres I Plaza has worked with reputable companies in different industries, such as Mario Sinacola and Sons, a highway and private construction company in Texas. Pollo Campero International, a food chain out of Guatemala with restaurants all over the globe. His vast experience on Information Technology has provided Andres the ability to understand business process and provide professional advice in different markets and industries.

Andres I Plaza’s awards during his service include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (3rd award), Army Good Conduct Medal (2nd Award), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, and Army Service Ribbon.

Andres I Plaza obtained his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology-Computer Network System Administration at ITT Technical Institute in Richardson, TX on December 2012. When Andres I Plaza is not working, he enjoys the company of his wife Dalaia Plaza, his six-year-old son Israel David Plaza and his five-year-old daughter Isabella D Plaza. Andres I Plaza also spend time helping his father Andres Plaza on his missionary work. Currently aiding two missions in Venezuela with food, clothing, house essentials and school supplies for those communities.
